After a very successful sale of Casterhoven phase 17, it is now time for phase 18.
In this phase, 31 homes are offered, of detached homes, 2-1 roof homes, corner homes and terraced homes. For each his own.

Directly on the south side of the pleasant village of Kesteren, the new residential area Casterhoven is under construction.

The district is being built between the railway, the Broekdijk and the Cuneraweg (provincial road). Casterhoven has a spacious layout with lots of greenery and water, with wide avenues, canals and courtyards. In total there will be approximately 600 homes with a wide variety in architecture, typology and price ranges.

The Casterhoven district is being realized in phases. The sale started in 2012. The homes in phases 1 to 17 have now been sold, are under construction and/or have already been completed and occupied. Take a walk through the inhabited district; do you already see yourself living here?

Door de omliggende groene gebieden en de goede ontsluiting is het hier fijn om te wonen, van jong tot ouder. Soms zoek je de gezellige drukte van de stad, soms de gezonde buitenlucht. In Kesteren vindt je beide.

De centrale ligging is een niet te onderschatten pluspunt. Met de auto sta je binnen een kwartier in Tiel, Rhenen, Wageningen, Ede of Veenendaal. En in Nijmegen, Oss, Culemborg en Zaltbommel ben je in een half uurtje. En de trein brengt je in een half uurtje naar Arnhem. Overal vlakbij dus.

Op het gebied van onderwijs valt er in Kesteren genoeg te kiezen. Zo grenst de brede school Pantarijn direct aan de nieuwe woonwijk. Daarnaast zijn er meerdere basisscholen en een middelbare school voor vwo/havo/vmbo in het dorp.

Van wonen in hartje de Betuwe kunnen de meeste Nederlanders alleen maar dromen. Voor sommigen is het gelukkig de dagelijkse realiteit. Vanuit je mooie, nieuwe huis ben je zo in het unieke dijkenlandschap met de weidse uiterwaarden. Hier kun je eindeloos wandelen, fietsen, sporten en recreëren.
