Your customized home

With the HOMEMADE concept you determine the location, the color of the facade, the number of floors and the layout of your own dream home. You tailor your home to your personal wishes. That gives you even more freedom of living, so close to the dunes, the beach and the sea!

The Strand or Duin type has been determined for each building number. In order to realize a palette of different homes, a diversity of facade colors is available. If two houses next to each other would get the same color, one of them will have to adjust its color in consultation with the buyers. Also, a color may not appear more than twice in these 14 homes. You can determine your own facade layout, the facade material is determined. With these principles we ensure that diversity and quality are realized in the inner area.
