Make your home ready for sale for free
A house does not sell itself by itself. That is why we invest time and attention in preparing your home for sale. We carry out free repair work for you (worth € 400), for example: fixing skirting boards, minor painting and painting, adjusting windows and doors, checking hinges and locks and renewing sealant joints.
Free practical styling advice
Many people find it difficult to see through someone else's interior. When a house is too full, it is difficult for someone to imagine their own things. But when a house is too empty, it feels cold. Finding the balance is very important. We visit your home for free and appropriate styling advice. In addition, we also work closely with a sales stylist, for example for vacant homes.
