Classic Estate Agent with a contemporary approach

Ton Lauwaars started in mid-1982 with a home office on the Kralingse Vijverlaan. Existing buildings have been the specialization from the start. Art Deco, Jugendstill, late nineteenth century, early twentieth and there where you can find the typical style elements from before the war. Even the 60s and later impress: wide corridors, large livings, high ceilings. Furthermore: the special work, for example windmills, a radar tower, former school buildings, or a pumping station. All this for people from the world of science, culture and art, artistic people and people with an eye for detail.

Today Lauwaars NVM Makelaars has grown into one of the larger real estate agencies in the region, representing all types of properties in all price ranges. Lauwaars has a large share in this because of its personal approach. Entire families have been customers for generations! Of course Ton Lauwaars was also known in Kralingen and surroundings because of his classic cars and his special interest and dedication to art and culture in and around the city.

Work field

Although our favorite "objects" are located on the canals and avenues in the center of Rotterdam, Kralingen and Hillegersberg, the work area extends much further. Owing to our long and extensive experience we are at home in all markets: all neighborhoods, types of houses and values of the different types of houses. We also know the buyers and sellers, who we call relations. Our relations are guided from A to Z. This approach continues to prove its success every day.

De makelaar is een fijne, rustige gesprekspartner gebleken bij de verkoop van mijn woning. En dat was nodig nu ik niet alleen mijn huis verkocht, maar ook mijn 'thuis'.

Prettige ervaring. Hij was onze aankoopmakelaar. Vele malen mee geweest naar bezichtigingen en onderhandeld voor ons in deze bijzondere markt. Uiteindelijk hebben we een huis gekocht uit zijn portefeuille (wat we als eerste mochten bezichtigingen). Hierdoor kon hij geen courtage rekenen, dat was geen probleem en stond de aankoop van het huis niet in de weg. Daarna ons andere huis snel verkocht.

Goede begeleiding bij zoektocht naar eerste koophuis. Goed advies over plus- en minpunten van een huis en het uit te brengen bod / voorwaarden.

Erg prettig gewerkt met de makelaar die de verkoop begeleidde vanuit Lauwaars. Zeer kundig kantoor met ontzettend veel kennis van de huizenmarkt, specifiek in Rotterdam. Daarnaast een fijne "can-do" mentaliteit waarin strak wordt opgevolgd met potentieele kopers en er constant wordt nagedacht over verbetering & optimalisatie van het algehele verkoopproces. Al met al een zeer prettig traject en kan Lauwaars aan een ieder aanbevelen!
