De samenwerking met Niels was erg prettig. De assertieve insteek voor de vraagprijs is ook waargemaakt. Verder hebben Niels en Strijbosch Theunissen mij eigenlijk alle zorg uit handen genomen, hetgeen zeker in het afhandelen van een nalatenschap heel waardevol is.

Goed contact. Te hoog ingeschatte marktwaarde, daardoor onnodige vertraging. Uiteindelijk ong 20% gezakt! Te lang te koop gestaan: 4,5 maanden.

De makelaar heeft goede kennis van de markt. Daarnaast is hij ervaren met het onderhandelspel en houdt het zakelijk waar je als koper soms emotioneel onderbouwde keuzes dreigt te maken.

Strijbosch Thunnissen heeft het vanaf het begin goed aangepakt, een duidelijk verhaal en prima foto's. Snelle afspraken en deskundige bezichtigingen door makelaar Bert Knuiman. Verkoop was mede daardoor op korte termijn geregeld.

Prettige en open communicatie. Realistisch in het stellen van de prijs en verwachting van de verkoop. Veel kennis en kunde aanwezig bij de makelaars en op kantoor. Veel aandacht voor de klant tijdens de verkoop alsmede naderhand met de afhandeling van de verkoop.
