MAKELAARDIJ GRONINGEN B.V. is a real estate office, founded in 1973. Our company is, partly due to the acquisition of one of the oldest real estate offices in the city (Makelaardij Van Loon-Jeltes), excellently introduced to the entire real estate market in the city and province of Groningen, but certainly also in the top of province Drenthe.

Jan Palland is an experienced broker o.g./ appraiser RT with an architectural background and after 5 years in "construction" started in 1981 in the brokerage in the region of Groningen and Assen.

Hans-Peter Palland MSc K-RMT, candidate broker, after studying business administration at the University of Groningen and the necessary work experience, he switched to brokerage and has strengthened the team from 2016.
