De voorbereidingen voor de verkoop verliepen allemaal super, communicatie was goed, niets op aan te merken! Echter, daarna werden de verkoopomstandigheden minder gunstig (stijgende rentes, torenhoge energieprijzen) en Frisia hield zich vooral stil. Geen telefoontje hoe dit aan te vliegen oid. Communicatie moest vooral vanuit ons komen en dat gold eigenlijk voor de rest van de tijd tot verkoop. Zelfs toen het verkocht was, moesten we zelf opbellen of er geen tegenbericht meer was binnengekomen gedurende de bedenktijd (tip: bel je verkoper maandag gelijk om 9 uur op en feliciteer ze!). Frisia makelaars komt op ons over als een formeel kantoor. Achteraf gezien past een kantoor met informeler contact beter bij ons. Uiteindelijk is het huis goed verkocht, maar de weg ernaartoe verliep stroefjes.

Het contact met Michiel liep netjes contact met kantoor van Frisia was best wel goed Alleen wat ik jammer vind is dat alles via app of mail verkeer gaat Niet even bellen om dingen te regelen Misschien ben ik ouderwets maar ik vind het toch nog steeds prettiger

Het contact verliep soepel. De samenwerking was uitstekend. De makelaar was zeer ter zake kundig wat betreft het beoordelen van huizen en het doen van de uiteindelijke aankoop. Het grootste deel van het proces was op afstand omdat ik nog in het buitenland woonde. Sinds een week woon ik in een werkelijk prachtig huis in een heerlijke buurt. Dit is te danken aan de inzet en het vakmanschap van de makelaar! Verder heeft de ondersteuning van Frisia, binnen hetzelfde bedrijf, voor het verkrijgen van de juiste hypotheek veel bijgedragen aan deze succesvolle aankoop.

Joëlle heeft het opstarten van de verkoop perfect tot in de puntjes verzorgd, van het verzamelen van relevante documenten tot de aanmelding op Funda. Zij werkt nauwkeurig en is helder in haar communicatie! Ronald is een ervaren, deskundige en integere makelaar die echt naar je luistert en met je meedenkt over de te kiezen verkoopstrategie. Hij beschikt over een breed netwerk en heeft veel kennis van de lokale markt. Bovenal is het plezierig samenwerken met Ronald!
