Op een fijne manier samen tot een mooie aankoop van ons nieuwe, én verkoop van ons oude huis gekomen. We werden goed en zorgvuldig begeleid in het hele proces; er was aandacht voor dingen waar we onzeker of onwetend in waren en er werd op een reële manier een strategie besproken en uitgezet. Mark heeft ons goed vertegenwoordigd bij de tegenpartijen, zowel in aankoop als in de verkoop.

Het contact was erg helder, we wisten waar we aan toe waren en afspraken werden nagekomen. Ondanks de huidige huizenmarkt hadden we niet verwacht dat het contact zo goed zou verlopen en dat de opbrengst van ons huis zo hoog zou zijn. Ontzettend blij en dankbaar dat we voor deze makelaar hebben gekozen.

In een bizarre tijd hebben we ons laten leiden door de makelaar en dat heeft goed uitgepakt. We zijn goed geholpen, geïnformeerd, begeleid en geadviseerd. We zijn tevreden klanten :-) Terug kijkend op het hele proces was het alleen even lastig bij het afstemmen van de de agenda’s, maar dat was het dan ook. Wij bevelen deze makelaar aan.

Zeer deskundig geholpen en heeft ons met succes, door een goede begeleiding, deze woning aangekocht. Verder wil ik benoemen dat deze makelaar uitermate goed bereikbaar was en vriendelijk al onze vragen beantwoorden. Kortom zeer tevreden met de makelaar en het aankoopproces!

Zowel via een eigen platform, WhatsApp en telefoon contact, nagenoeg altijd bereikbaar. Snelle reacties. Prettige medewerkers en vast aanspreekpunt, die goed op onze wensen zocht en mee dacht. Vroeg verder waar nodig en er werd altijd open en eerlijk met ons gesproken, over waarom iets wel of niet zou kunnen.

Dankzij Mark en Joyce is het mij gelukt om in deze markt een appartement in mijn eentje te kunnen kopen. Het hele team stond altijd klaar om alle vragen die ik had te beantwoorden, en dat waren er soms best veel. Kortom: een betrokken en deskundige makelaar. Pluspunt is ook de samenwerking met de Hypotheekshop, die in het zelfde pand gevestigd is. Hierdoor kon er snel gehandeld worden.

When we started to look for a Makelaar we had mixed opinions. Before we met our agent (Joyce from Hendriks) directly she was quite pro-active to let us know more about the neighbourhood, suggest good options in finding the right property. She helped us with detailed documentation for each house which helps in finding the correct house for us and also make good decisions in negotiating. I would like to thank Joyce for her support in past couple of months for making this happen! Starting from looking at property till we finish our documentation, she helped in clarifying all our small questions throughout this process. Would strongly recommend Hendriks Makelaar as they provide extra attention and help their customers to get their dream house.
