De begeleiding van Amstelhoven Makelaars was professioneel en vlot. Wie we ook van het team spraken iedereen was op de hoogte: onze vragen werden snel en duidelijk beantwoord. Het niet aanwezig zijn van een energielabel werd door Amstelhoven binnen de kortst mogelijke keren opgelost. Het contact met de makelaar en de medewerkers van het kantoor verliep erg vlot, professioneel en deskundig. De begeleiding was tot het einde en zelfs na het passeren van de leveringsakte boven verwachting.

Odette and her team were really helpful and instrumental in us purchasing the house. Initially they had a detailed intake meeting to discuss our needs and provided support based on our criterias. Rob and Michiel supported us with multiple viewings over the course of 2-3 months and provided valuable feedback which otherwise we would have overlooked. Once we set our sights on the house we liked, Odette and her team gave us their expert opinion with regards to the house and the bids and supported us till the very end of the process. We got timely feedback and communication from the team which made our home buying process a pleasure. Would surely recommend Amstelhoven Makelaar to anyone!

Amstelhoven heeft mij prima geholpen met de aankoop van een nieuwe woning. Wat mij opviel was hun pro-actieve houding. Ik had zelf mijn huis gevonden op Funda, maar Amstelhoven kwam direct in actie op bezichtingsafspraak te regelen. Ook after-sales is goed: na acceptatie van mijn bod en het tekenen van het koopcontract kreeg ik herinnering via Whatsapp, of ik wel op tijd de waarborgsom wilde storten. Vlak voor oplevering nog een belafspraak om alle stukken nog eens door te nemen. Zeer goed allemaal en van harte aanbevolen!

Odette en haar team zijn zeer deskundig en behulpzaam. In een lastige markt voor kopers hebben zij ons enorm geholpen met advies over marktwaarde en biedingen. Ze hebben uitstekende en actuele informatie over de markt, waardoor we altijd een bezichtiging konden regelen. I had a great experience working with Michiel and Rob from Amstelhoven when searching for a rental house. They were both incredibly helpful and patient as we looked at a wide range of options in Amsterdam and Amstelveen. Michiel took the time to show me different houses and was always willing to answer any questions I had. In the end, we found the perfect rental house in Amstelveen that met all of my expectations. I highly recommend working with Michiel and Rob for anyone in the market for a rental house.
