De communicatie met de makelaar was vanaf het begin zeer goed. Vragen of opmerkingen werden zeer snel beantwoord.

We received much help from Vlieg. We also noticed some tricky things with other makelaars. Like if they’re the seller and they got a buyer then the bids were favorable for their own buyer so we missed two houses that we loved. I wanted to mention this. Besides that our broker was very punctual and explained things clearly. Thanks for that Vlieg.

De slogan van Vlieg Makelaars is “wij maken het makkelijk” dat hebben zij voor ons waar gemaakt. Het zijn deskundige makelaars. Met dank aan Nick van Delden die ons goed op weg heeft geholpen met advies. Daarna is het door Matthew van Soest overgenomen met een goed eind resultaat. Top. Wij werden goed op de hoogte gehouden tijdens de verkoop, zelfs op zondag. Zij lieten ons niet langer in spanning dan nodig was. Voor ons hebben zij het makkelijk gemaakt.

Nick was a busy man, so take that into account. He did however respond fairly quickly either on emails or whatsapp. He had knowledge of the areas, and assisted with opinions on area or layouts of properties. Fixed price, was also useful when planning budget. Helped with translating and explaining the process. He went to several of the properties with us on first visit. The service also provided a list of possibly suitable properties to review, usually before they appeared on funda.

The help and guidance provided by the entire team was great. The entire process went very smooth. The team is very knowledgeable in their field and give correct, accurate and informed advice. They helped me not just with the bidding process but also helped with the mortgage and insurance process. The team is very professional in their approach and the steps they follow are explained in detail at the start of the agreement, so there are no surprises. They are also flexible with the timings and viewings. Another good thing is their network and connect across Netherlands. Highly recommended Team.

zeer toegankelijk, en om de hoek, dus makkelijk. Altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam, aardige mensen. Deskundig denk ik wel, maar ik kan niet vergelijken met andere.

Everything was smooth and quick, except we were sometimes having some getting in contact issues that also sometimes caused by me. Both parties were being sometimes busy, but I think this is an acceptable thing since people are dealing with a lot of customers. People are warm and helpful, they have all inclusive solutions if you don't want to keep searching about everything, just leave yourself to the flow and they will redirect you to the point that you need but you are not aware of it yet. It's good to work with professionals, they know our needs better than us :)

Vlieg team members were quite helpful in buying our house. They made good and timely arrangements on all stages such as submitting the tender, valuation report, technical inspections, what to expect at the notary, etc. They were always reachable and open. They proved that they had good knowledge about the price levels in the neighborhood in Amstelveen. They managed a transparent communication with the sellers' side. So, many thanks for their support.
