Looking for lots of space? Kapelhof 48 has it! Always dreamed of a tightly landscaped garden with a cosy wooden canopy? Yes, that’s also settled!
Busy and / or large families looking for a great home in Zaandam, you better start packing, because this house is perfect for you!
This spacious and well maintained family home is located in the quiet and sought after neighborhood of Westerwatering and features a garden-oriented living room with open kitchen (wrapped in 2019); a neat and complete bathroom; and no less than 5 (!) bedrooms. The backyard, which was redesigned in 2021, is facing the sunny south and features a beautiful terrace under a canopy and a large shed. As a great extra, this house also has a spacious roof terrace (15.7 m2) on the second floor which is also facing the south. Other nice pluspoints are that the house only has straight walls (and therefore very spacious rooms and zero loss of space), that all windows are equipped with mosquito nets and that the house has synthetic window frames: the patio doors, all windows on the first floor and the windows at the front on the second floor.
All in all, this is a super comfortable family home that guarantees years and years of living pleasure for you and your family!
