Buyer is aware that seller has never actually used the sold property himself and therefore seller cannot inform buyer about properties respectively defects of the sold property of which seller could have been aware if he had actually used the sold property himself. Both parties have agreed that such properties or defects are for the account and risk of the Buyer and that this has been taken into account in determining the purchase price. Age clause
