According to good Aalsmeer custom, people normally enter the house 'through the back door', but for now we use the front door. In the hall there is access to the toilet, the meter cupboard and the stair cupboard. Both the front room and the kitchen are accessible from the hall. The living room is located at the front of the house and consists of a sitting area with the dining table in an adjacent side room. First floor:

Just like Aalsmeer, Kudelstaart is located on the Westeinderplassen. There is a large marina and you can swim from the unloading ramp on Herenweg. The central location in the Randstad makes Kudelstaart easily accessible. The A4 is easily accessible via both Aalsmeer and Leimuiden. Kudelstaart has primary schools and childcare. For secondary education, the children cycle to Aalsmeer, Amstelveen, Uithoorn or Hoofddorp. By the way, there are also buses that go that way. But there aren't that many. In rush hour 4 and outside rush hour 2 per hour. There is a large bus station in Aalsmeer and in Uithoorn there will be a stop for the express tram to Amsterdam Station Zuid. There are NS stations at Schiphol and Hoofddorp. The center of Amsterdam can be reached by car in half an hour. Kudelstaart is a green municipality adjacent to the Green Heart of the Randstad. And when it freezes there is an active ice club that transforms the skating rink into an ice rink.
