According to good Aalsmeer custom, people normally enter the house 'through the back door', but for now we use the front door. In the hall there is access to the toilet, the meter cupboard and the stair cupboard. Both the front room and the kitchen are accessible from the hall. The living room is located at the front of the house and consists of a sitting area with the dining table in an adjacent side room. The kitchen diner is equipped with a 4-burner greenhouse hob with extractor hood, sink and fridge-freezer combination. The simple bathroom with shower and sink is also accessible from the kitchen.

First floor:
Adjacent to the landing are the three bedrooms. At the front, rear and side of the house. All three rooms have fitted wardrobes and/or storage space behind the knee bulkheads. The room on the side of the house has a plastic dormer window for the necessary space and daylight.

garage:
A few years ago, part of the former greenhouse was taken into use by the current owners as a garage at the house. The garage consists of two parts and is connected to the house with an intermediate portal. This makes the space accessible from inside. Location
Kudelstaart is a village with its own character within the Municipality of Aalsmeer. A rich club life, its own shopping center and various nice restaurants. Just like Aalsmeer, Kudelstaart is located on the Westeinderplassen. There is a large marina and you can swim from the unloading ramp on Herenweg. The central location in the Randstad makes Kudelstaart easily accessible. The A4 is easily accessible via both Aalsmeer and Leimuiden. Kudelstaart has primary schools and childcare. For secondary education, the children cycle to Aalsmeer, Amstelveen, Uithoorn or Hoofddorp. By the way, there are also buses that go that way. But there aren't that many. In rush hour 4 and outside rush hour 2 per hour. There is a large bus station in Aalsmeer and in Uithoorn there will be a stop for the express tram to Amsterdam Station Zuid. There are NS stations at Schiphol and Hoofddorp. The center of Amsterdam can be reached by car in half an hour. Kudelstaart is a green municipality adjacent to the Green Heart of the Randstad. And when it freezes there is an active ice club that transforms the skating rink into an ice rink.
