Prima begeleiding vanaf het eerste gesprek. Het voorgespeeld verliep in goede sfeer en de waardebepaling is in goed overleg vastgesteld. De makelaar heeft gezorgd voor de tekeningen en de foto’s en die waren van goede kwaliteit. Het maken van afspraken ging erg gemakkelijk en er werd rekening gehouden met het gezinsleven. De aangeleverde teksten en de presentatie waren van hoge kwaliteit. Ook nu, na de formele verkoop is er nog begeleiding tot gehele afronding. Tijdens de verkoop goede overleggen gehad over stand van zaken, terugkoppeling van de bezichtigingen en adviezen over voortgang. Er was eens een 2e bezichtiging waarbij de makelaar meer oppas was van de meegebrachte kinderen dan begeleider van de verkoop. Dit geeft aan hoe hij zich inleeft in zowel de positie van de verkoper als de koper. De onderhandeling heeft de makelaar namens ons gevoerd, op ons verzoek met inachtneming van de kaders. Dat heeft de makelaar uitstekend gedaan en met het gewenste resultaat. Niets dan lof over de wijze van het gehele verkoopproces.
