I would recommend this agent.
De geleverde diensten waren prima , deskundig , adequaat : op de juiste momenten actie , maar soms ook manen tot rust, vriendelijk, persoonlijk. Goede uitleg over de procedures. Ook op zaterdag telefonisch bereikbaar en bereid tot actie. Naar mijn inschatting goede interacties met de kopende partij ,in mijn geval iemand zonder makelaar. Met als resultaat dat mijn makelaar af en toe de koper van advies diende omdat dat in mijn belang was. En dan nu de prijs/ kwaliteit. Door de zeer hoge huizenprijzen worden de kosten wel erg hoog voor koper en verkoper. Ik weet niet of dat nog wel reeel is . Maar goed de geleverde kwaliteit was meer dan goed.
