Het contact met de makelaar verliep uitstekend. Ze wisten goed wat mijn wensen waren en raadde soms ook woningen af. Het is een rare markt en hebben daardoor meerdere malen meegemaakt dat een verkopende makelaar vuile spelletjes speelde.
De aankoop van Marszeil 13 is zeer goed gegaan. Nu waren ook de biedingen open, wat het eerlijker maakt.
