Ground floor
Besides the indoor storage space on the ground floor, the ground floor can be used in various ways. The basic choice is for a spacious bedroom with a practical stairs cupboard and a French door to the terrace of approximately 3.50 x 5.00 metres. The upper balcony creates a small veranda. Adjacent to this bedroom is the bathroom and there is a separate toilet. How nice is that!

First floor
You live on the first floor, this is where the living room and kitchen are situated as standard (the house is delivered without kitchen equipment). A nice sunny balcony located on the south-southwest is adjacent to the living room. Here you can enjoy! The kitchen has a French balcony with French doors overlooking the fireline. Second floor

The residence has its own closed 2-car garage in the basement of the nearby Alexia apartment complex (Block 2). The service costs are approximately € 25,- per month.

Amenities in the vicinity
Within walking distance you will find the Sport & Health club Amstelhof with fitness, swimming pool, sauna, tennis, padel, squash or yoga. Other sports clubs such as hockey club Qui Vive, tennis club Qui Vive, baseball and softball club Thamen, jeu de boules club B.U.T. and golf centre Uithoorn are nearby. The Waterlinie health centre, including the pharmacy, ten general practitioners, the outpatient clinic of Amstelland hospital and various other care providers, is also within walking distance. Within walking distance is the future Aan de Zoom tram stop, which will make Amstelveen and Amsterdam Zuid easily accessible by public transport from mid-2024.
