TECHNICAL DEscriptION

VARIANTS

The Hofvilla is available in different sizes. Discounted but not yet designed is a house of 80 m2 GFA.

The standard size for the Hofvilla is 100 m2 GFA. This is expandable to 120 m2 GFA. Larger is also possible, then a custom quote will follow. There are already 3 variants available for both sizes (100 and 120 m2 GFA). These can be changed at no extra cost (unless, for example, an extra bathroom is added). For the finishing of the facade, there is a choice of a large number of brick colors.

Every house is tailor-made. The architect draws up the floor plans for each client.

The prices mentioned in this offer are Free by name, including land and the work mentioned above.
You enter into a purchase agreement with the land owner and a construction contract with Hof Bouw.
