Located in the center of Aalsmeer, we offer this nice 3-room apartment for rent. The apartment is located in a small-scale apartment complex that is equipped with an elevator. The house is ideally located with all desired facilities within a short distance. Think of shops, restaurants, public transport, sports fields and recreation at the Westeinderplassen.

Shared entrance with the mailboxes on the ground floor. You can reach the terrace on the first floor by elevator or stairs, where the front door of Helling 15B is also located. This terrace is shared with the other residents of the complex and is located on the northwest and therefore has sun in the afternoon and evening.

From here, cities such as Amsterdam, Utrecht and Leiden can easily be reached by train. Also by car, highways such as the A4 towards Amsterdam or Rotterdam / The Hague are a few minutes away by car.
